OHGEESY recruits Big Sean for new single ‘LEFT RIGHT’
OHGEESY has joined forces with Detroit rapper Big Sean for his latest release, ‘LEFT RIGHT’, delivering a lively collaboration that combines nostalgic influences with a modern hip-hop sound. Produced by Oh Ross, the track draws inspiration from 1980s electro-funk, blending rhythmic basslines, bright piano melodies and hard-hitting 808s to create an upbeat atmosphere.
The Shoreline Mafia rapper brings his trademark relaxed delivery to the record, effortlessly flowing over the production with confident lyrics. Big Sean takes over for the second verse, introducing a more melodic approach that adds another dimension to the song. His use of harmonies brings a refreshing contrast to OHGEESY’s laid-back style, allowing both artists to showcase their individual strengths.
With its infectious rhythm and feel-good energy, ‘LEFT RIGHT’ has all the ingredients of a party anthem, making it a fitting addition to club playlists and late-night soundtracks. The release also represents another significant moment for OHGEESY as he continues to establish his identity beyond Shoreline Mafia.
With listeners responding positively to his recent material, ‘LEFT RIGHT’ could help introduce his music to an even wider audience.
