DJ Target links up with Tiwa Savage & Chip on ‘Bring You Flowers’
DJ, producer and pioneer DJ Target returns with ‘Bring You Flowers’, a new collaboration featuring Nigerian superstar Tiwa Savage and UK rap heavyweight Chip. Bringing together three distinct voices from across the UK and African music scenes, the release offers a fresh take on a much-loved UK garage classic.
Having played an important role in grime’s formative years, DJ Target has remained closely connected to the culture he helped build. His work behind the decks and in the studio has seen him bridge different corners of British music, and ‘Bring You Flowers’ continues that approach through a collaboration that brings together garage, Afrobeats and UK rap influences.
The track reworks Sweet Female Attitude’s iconic ‘Flowers’, giving the familiar record a refreshed, energised feel for 2026. Tiwa Savage opens with captivating vocals, setting the tone before Chip steps in with sharp flows that bring a distinctly British edge to the production. The result connects the nostalgia of the original with a contemporary sound, allowing each artist to bring their own character to the record.
With ‘Bring You Flowers’, DJ Target continues to draw on his deep understanding of UK music while creating connections across genres and audiences. The collaboration with Tiwa Savage and Chip brings together established artists from different musical worlds for a release rooted in the enduring appeal of a UK garage favourite.
