Meek Mill and G Herbo reunite for new collaboration ‘Wanna Be Free’
Meek Mill has surprised fans with the announcement of his latest single, ‘Wanna Be Free’, which sees him reconnect with Chicago rapper G Herbo for another highly anticipated collaboration. The two artists are no strangers to working together, having previously joined forces on their 2025 release ‘Survivor’s Guilt’.
Their latest offering continues a musical partnership built around authentic storytelling, personal experiences, and the realities of overcoming adversity. The release also comes at an interesting point in G Herbo’s career. Earlier this month, the rapper opened up about the possibility of leaving the music industry, raising questions about his future plans and whether he intends to take a different direction.
With uncertainty surrounding G Herbo’s next move, ‘Wanna Be Free’ gives listeners another opportunity to hear the pair reunite. The collaboration adds a fresh chapter to their musical history as fans await further developments from both artists.
