SLMPD Co host "Major League" pop-up & cypher in Birmingham!

Back in September Birmingham based fashion label SLMPD Co. launched their latest collection, the "Major League" capsule. Made up of a brand new tracksuit, puffer jacket, t-shirt, headwear and accessories, the latest drop from the brand took inspiration from the distinctive major league logo, and the iconic "gunfinger" salute.

Partnered together to create a collection that is authentic and true to the culture of Grime, it was only right that the SLMPD team accompanied the launch with an exclusive pop-up event in the second city. Hosted at Artum & Hockley Social Club, they took over the intimate location presenting the "Major League" garments for sale with vibes provided by DJ's Aaliyah Iona, and DJ Kingpin.

Rounding off the event, SNY and the SLMPD team invited Producer & DJ Duo, Demtew to host a cypher. Gallah and Horrickle stepped up to the mark selecting the biggest riddims for some of the city's heavy-hitters including Reepa, Fiasqo, Mr Manage, Vital, Drizz GB, Trappy, RGG Tech, Mayday, Legacy, Stretch DCM, Ash On Cam and Miss Ink.
