SL delivers powerful new project 'Block Tales'

After kicking off 2025 with the hard-hitting ‘Robbery’, South London’s very own SL has been on a relentless run. Now, he returns with his brand new 10 track project, 'Block Tales' - a mixtape that proves why he remains one of the UK rap scene’s most distinctive voices.

Keeping momentum throughout the year, SL dropped ‘Paranoia’, before teaming up with Knucks and Sainté on the summer-ready anthem ‘Summertime’. From there, he raised the levels again with ‘Shooter’, a collaboration with Booter Bee and Aystar that further showcased his versatility.

In the build-up to the full release, fans were treated to the title track ‘Block Tales’, which featured production from Catch and a heavyweight guest verse from Giggs. The single set the tone perfectly for the project, combining street realism with SL’s trademark laidback delivery.

The mixtape doesn’t stop there. Alongside the previously released singles, SL also links up with the likes of Juvie, PsychoYP, Rimzee, and MKAY, rounding out a body of work that captures both his growth and his ambition.
