SIMMS unveils debut E.P 'Traversal Tapes'

North-West London producer and DJ SIMMS unveils his debut EP 'Traversal Tapes', a forward-thinking project that reimagines jungle through a modern, emotionally rich lens. Arriving as the first official release from newly launched London imprint Passionfruit Records, the EP marks a significant moment both for SIMMS and the label itself, setting the tone for a catalogue rooted in experimentation, culture and sonic exploration.

Across 'Traversal Tapes', SIMMS strikes a careful balance between homage and innovation - drawing from jungle’s foundational energy while pushing it into more atmospheric, melodic and futuristic territory.
