A cornerstone in the rise of UK trap-wave, North-West London producer and artist Quincy Tell Em steps into the spotlight with the release of his highly anticipated debut mixtape, 'Make Wave Great Again'. Known for shaping the sound behind some of the UK’s biggest names, Quincy now carves out his own lane.

Calling on an impressive cast that includes M Huncho, Nafe Smallz, Kilo Jugg, Cal1sto, Laicositna, Treez0, TYK, A Jah, azuki, SavNDO and Figs0, the seven-track tape is both a nod to the golden era of trap-wave and a clear statement about its future. The title isn’t just clever - it’s an ode to the 2017–2018 run that saw artists like D-Block Europe and Huncho dominate the scene. Now, with Drill and Rap commanding the mainstream, Quincy’s mission is to reignite the genre that defined his come-up.

Each track on 'Make Wave Great Again' was built from scratch during an intensive five-day recording camp earlier this year. Quincy brought artists into his space to craft songs organically, anchored by his rolling 808s, thick basslines, and signature sonic finesse. The result is a cohesive yet varied project where every artist shines.
