NEW ALBUM: Ayra Starr - The Year I Turned 21

Shining bright as one of West Africa's most exciting prospects, Ayra Starr is back with a brand new body of work titled 'The Year I Turned 21'. Arriving as the follow up to her 2021 project '19 & Dangerous', Ayra shows growth, maturity and of course, incredible music ability as she embarks on the next chapter of her career.

Ayra

The Beninese-Nigerian singer-songwriter has already built a huge reputation for herself, and there is no doubt that this new body of work will only strengthen that. We see the Afrobeats sensation join forces with the likes of Anitta, Coco Jones, Asake and Seyi Vibez who all bless the album, but it has to be said, Ayra goes above and beyond, pushing the boundaries and highlighting to all just how much her sound as developed.

As she continues to rise through the ranks, 'The Year I Turned 21' confirms everything that we already thought about Ayra Starr. She is an icon, who is destined for greatness, and we can't wait to see what she has in store for the rest of 2024.
