BRIT Award-winning and global arena-headlining trio Jungle return with their brand new single ‘The Wave’, the latest offering from their forthcoming album Sunshine, set for release on August 14th. The new track follows earlier release ‘Carry On’, which landed back in March, and continues to build momentum around what is shaping up to be one of the group’s most ambitious eras to date.

For ‘The Wave’, Jungle draw inspiration from the rich musical landscape of Brazil’s 1960s and 70s scene, blending its warmth, rhythm and texture into their signature sleek, modern production style. The result is a track that feels both nostalgic and forward-thinking, anchored by a central theme of perseverance.
As ever, the visual identity surrounding the release remains a key part of the Jungle universe. Directed by long-time collaborators J Lloyd and Charlie Di Placido under their creative collective Contentus Maximus, the accompanying video was shot in South Africa and continues the group’s signature cinematic approach, combining choreography-led storytelling with immersive one-take visuals.
The release arrives as anticipation builds for the 'Sunshine' world tour, which will see Jungle perform across North America, Europe, Australia and the United Kingdom. The run includes two major homecoming shows at London’s The O2 Arena, with a second date added due to overwhelming demand.
With ‘The Wave’, Jungle continue to evolve their unmistakable sound while staying rooted in the creative identity that has made them one of the most visually and sonically distinctive acts in global music today.
