Walsall’s very own Jorja Smith continues her remarkable 2024 with the release of her latest single, ‘The Way I Love You’ - a bassline-fuelled anthem that sees the international star connect with her West Midlands roots. As she sets stages alight on her 'Falling Or Flying' world tour, this new drop follows a string of standout collaborations, including ‘Crush’ with AJ Tracey, and proves her versatility once again.

Jorja has never been one to shy away from experimentation. From emotive ballads to garage, R&B and even grime-adjacent moments, she’s shown the full range of her artistic prowess. With production from Ed Thomas, ShayK, and Maverick Sabre, ‘The Way I Love You’ finds her comfortably gliding over a nostalgic, dancefloor-ready instrumental built for summer.
The track’s accompanying visual, directed by KC Locke, pays homage to the UK’s bassline scene replicating the iconic Club Niche in Sheffield. With fast cuts, strobe lighting, and a packed-out dancefloor, the video captures the essence of early-2000s bassline scenes—placing Jorja centre stage as she commands the room with infectious energy and undeniable presence.
Jorja Smith continues to fly the flag for the West Midlands, and with 'The Way I Love You', she delivers yet another standout release that’s bound to make waves - tap in below.
