Rising British-Sudanese talent Elmiene continues to build anticipation for his debut album with the release of ‘Saviour’, the final single ahead of sounds for someone, arriving on 27 March. The track sees Elmiene join forces once again with Sampha, who co-writes, produces and contributes backing vocals.

The collaboration with Sampha adds another layer to a creative relationship that has steadily evolved, following their previous link-up on ‘Mama’ and Elmiene’s appearance at one of Sampha’s intimate Hackney Church performances back in 2023.
On ‘Saviour’, Elmiene continues to expand his sonic palette. While rooted in the soulful textures that have defined his rise, the track also leans into more expansive, pop-adjacent territory — showcasing his ability to move fluidly between genres while maintaining a distinct artistic identity.
With this new drop setting the tone, the upcoming project is shaping up to be a defining moment in Elmiene’s journey - one that captures both his growth as an artist and his potential to become one of the UK’s most compelling new voices.
