Disney & OVO celebrate 34 years of ‘The Simpsons’ with capsule collection

It looks like October’s Very Own and The Simpsons are extending their partnership for another year. This time they’ve tapped into Lil Yachty modelling skills to promote the clothing in the latest capsule. There is a slight back story behind Yachty and his love for the Simpsons, casting back to 2017 where he rapped about 59 characters from the series on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. There has also been rumours of Lil Yachty and Drake having a falling out, so him starring in this shoot certainly puts that matter to bed.

The capsule is available online and in selected stores, there are a range of items included in the capsule, such as; hoodies, caps, varsity jackets and more. 

In one photo on the shoot we see Yachty modelling a hoodie with the whole cast on it; Krusty The Clown, Sherri and Terri, Ralph Wiggum and more. In the other shot we see him sporting a varsity jacket with the main Simpsons family on the back; Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa & Maggie. With the OVO Owl and pink donut decorates the front. We get glimpses of other items included in the collection, like the yellow fitted cap and a hoodie styled in the signature yellow Simpsons colour.
