First up is Kekra, a rapper from Courbevoie, in the Hauts-de-Seine County (92) in the western suburbs of Paris. Despite keeping a sense of mystery around his identity, he has become one of the most recognisable and loved French rappers. The rising star has a unique love for the UK sound and was the first to incorporate this into his artistry. Tracks like 'Telephone Maison' and '9 Milli' clearly showed his influences in both Drill and UK Garage, and Kekra’s versatility in music is allowing him to raise his international profile and make a global impact. Be sure to check out the brand new freestyle below, and if you haven't done so already, take a look at the UAE cypher above.
