Don't be fooled, you do not need to be a basketball buff to enjoy this documentary. In fact, this should be mandatory viewing for anybody that is interested to learn more about the mindset of an elite athlete. Michael Jordan makes for an absorbing interviewee, but so do a host of his fellow Chicago Bulls alumni.
Dennis Rodman is arguably the most enigmatic sportsmen of all time, Steve Kerr's underdog story is compelling, as is Gary Jackson's insight on how he masterminded the Bulls' unprecedented success. The Last Dance is naturally focused on Jordan's career, but his supporting cast show that any athlete is only as good as their supporting cast.
One of the finest documentaries Netflix has put its name to, this is undoubtedly one of the cultural highlights of 2020.
