The first single taken from the record was ‘Mummy’s Boy’, which saw Wretch redefine a term that has followed him throughout his life, the powerful track was then followed by ‘Spin Around,’ an infectious melody-driven song produced by 169. The whimsical, feel good track demonstrates an often hidden aspect of Wretch’s personality as he lets loose and enjoys himself. Most recently Wretch dropped the latest instalment from the album ‘10/10’, which saw him joining forces with Peckham veteran Giggs for a heavyweight rap team-up. Following the introspection of ‘Mummy’s Boy’, and the melodic whimsy of ‘Spin Around’, the third single from Upon Reflection saw Wretch serve up a masterclass in flow, trading verses with Giggs and some over ominous production from P2J.

Alongside Giggs the album also features stand-out collaborations with East London MC Ghetts and singer-songwriter Talay Riley on ‘Burn’, while Nigerian Afrobeat star Burna Boy jumps on ‘All In’. We also see rising UK rappers Avelino and Knucks feature on the closing track 'The Baton'. Across its 12 tracks 'Upon Reflection' cements Wretch 32’s position at the pinnacle of UK rap, the forefather who keeps pushing things forward, and he has most definitely raised the levels with this body of work.
