Drizzy is slowly adding all of his old catalogue to current streaming services
Rappers have dropped a lot of heat this year so far, it has been a very competitive year for singles. However, not every album released has gone down well with the Hip-Hop community, there has been a few complaints of the level of album that has dropped. Drake has featured on a lot of these hits we have talked about this year, including his recent collab with Chris Brown for ‘No Guidance’. The rapper even blessed us with the two pack, following the Toronto Raptors NBA final win, just as Summer comes to an end, the Toronto artist decides he wants to gift the fans with some more material.
However, this isn’t the material many expected and it wasn’t announced up until hours before it was released. Fans became very excited when they saw Drake’s Instagram announcement that he would be dropping the ‘Care Package’ in a few hours. It wasn’t until everyone checked the tracklist when they realised what the rapper was doing. The 17 track album is a compilation of songs that are still loved within his fan base. It is filled with tracks that have been unofficially released but have had the biggest reaction from his fans, 17 classics.
We also get three features on the project; Rick Ross, J.Cole and James Fauntleroy all make guest appearances on these records. The ‘Care Package’ is now available to stream on all streaming services, you can listen to the album below and let us know what you think of Drizzy’s classics.
