Tory Lanez has been involved with a lot this week, he featured on T-Pain’s latest single ‘Getcha Roll On’ before events took a turn and he sparked up a back and forth with HBTL rapper Don Q. Amongst his rap battle with Q, he also ignited a situation between J.I.D and the rest of the Dreamville clique, as he stated he would finish off the Dreamville label before he got to J.Cole. The Toronto star has decided it is time to turn the focus back to his own music, he decides to drop a new visual for a cut from his latest album ‘Love Me Now?’. ‘ThE Run oFF’ receives the music video treatment, which makes sense as this was a fan favourite off the tape.
The music video was directed by Zac Facts who keeps everything looking in place and professional for just under 3 minutes. We see Lanez in various different scenes throughout the clip, in one scene we see the rapper throwing money around while vibing in front of a burning car, then in the next he mobs out with the rest of his crew. These cleans visuals are a good way to keep his fans focused on his music despite everything surrounding his name outside of his own releases.
