Mac Miller came out of nowhere today to drop off three new releases for his fans, it’s been a minute since we have heard any material from the rapper. After recently dominating the news with his public breakup from Ariana Grande and an arrest a few days later, it looks like Mac is now ready to return to the scene. The three songs go by the titles of ‘Programs’ ‘Buttons’ and ‘Small World’, all bringing their own different vibes and sounds.
The first record Miller released was ‘Programs’ where we find the rapper switching his flow and showcasing what he can do over the CuBeatz & Cardo production. In this record, he decides to tell us how good his friendship circle is and his inner circle who show love.
In Miller’s next single ‘Buttons’, he flows so effortlessly over the piano production from Parson Brown. It feels like Mac got back into his old ways with this record here, almost like he never took a break from the game. ‘Buttons’ is a healthy addition to the rappers bank of songs, something his fans will definitely take a liking too.
‘Small Worlds’ serves as the third and final release from Mac, unlike ‘Programs’ the rapper goes for a more smooth approach on this track, like he did with ‘Buttons’. Slowing things down, the rapper smoothly raps over the Carter Lang & Tae Beast production, talking about the world being such a small place. He self reflects on who he is, where he is at in the game and who he has became.
