Here we have it, more certified material from Skeppy. This one is entitled 'Hypocrisy' and arrived on Sunday via his SoundCloud. In just 2 days the new track has collected over 160,000 plays, and it has definitely got everyone talking.
The BBK man hasn't took any time to slow down since the arrival of Konnichiwa, and he has continued to impress while experimenting with his sound, and perfecting his craft. Not only has he been consistently releasing material but he has been working in the fashion industry, performing on tours across the globe, and the North London man is also making history with the organisation of the Boy Better Know takeover of the O2 Arena in London.
'Hypocrisy' comes as a Skepta produced track, followed by Skepta written bars, and a typical Skepta chorus. He is building huge foundations for his empire, and with this much talent in one individual there is no stopping him. Not only does he engage us with a wavey hook, but whilst doing so he gets deep with his bars and takes his lyrical content in a whole new direction. While he is 'sh*tting and pissing on this hypocrisy', the UK legend tells us how he rejected an MBE. This bar in particular has got everybody talking, and has earned him even more respect. It is bars like this which shape and influence a culture and society. Waves are being made, and they are unavoidable right now. There is no stopping Skepta and the Boy Better Know family.
