Created during a creative retreat in Jamaica, ‘energy!’ was written and recorded alongside Grammy-nominated producer J.L.L, with PRGRSHN adding the finishing touches on production. The track is further elevated by the unmistakable brass lines of legendary trumpeter Keyon Harrold, injecting warmth and dynamism into an already infectious soundscape.

The accompanying visual places Tiana front and centre, moving freely through a space shared with live jazz musicians who appear in fleeting, atmospheric moments.
