Tems brings 'Leading Vibe Initiative' to London with intimate dinner celebrating women in music & culture!

Tems brought her Leading Vibe Initiative to London this week, hosting an intimate dinner dedicated to celebrating women shaping the worlds of music, entertainment, media and culture.

Held at Dovetale at 1 Hotel Mayfair on Wednesday evening and supported by Hennessy, the gathering brought together an inspiring cross-section of London's creative community, creating a space centred around connection, collaboration and the shared vision behind Tems' growing initiative.

Among those in attendance were Cynthia Erivo, Little Simz, kwn, ENNY, Mahalia, Grace Carter, Kate Nash, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Ms Banks and Imani Imani, alongside a host of other influential women from across the creative industries. The evening offered guests an introduction to the mission of The Leading Vibe Initiative, founded by Tems in 2025 with the aim of supporting, connecting and amplifying the next generation of women working in music.

Since launching, the initiative has already established programmes in Lagos, Nairobi and Johannesburg, providing emerging women with access to workshops, mentorship and guidance from established figures across the industry. Bringing the initiative to London marks another step in its expanding global journey, with the dinner providing an opportunity to build relationships and introduce the community to a new network of women shaping culture in the UK.

The event also arrives at a significant moment for Tems herself. The two-time GRAMMY Award-winning artist is set to headline All Points East this Friday, August 21st, marking her first UK festival headline performance.

Guests at the dinner were treated to specially curated Hennessy cocktail serves throughout the evening, with the same serves set to be available at All Points East.

As Tems continues to expand her influence beyond music, the London gathering demonstrates the wider ambition of Leading Vibe: creating meaningful connections, opening doors and building a global community where the next generation of women can thrive.
