GRAMMY-nominated artist Skip Marley returns with a powerful new rendition of 'One Love', paying tribute to his grandfather Bob Marley while introducing the timeless message to a new generation.

Originally recorded by The Wailers, One Love remains one of reggae’s most recognisable anthems - a song rooted in unity, peace and collective spirit. Skip’s interpretation preserves that essence while subtly reworking the energy through his own contemporary lens, balancing reverence with renewal. His delivery feels personal and intentional, honouring the weight of the original while allowing his own voice and artistry to shine through.

The accompanying visual was filmed in Kingston, Jamaica, capturing moments at the Bob Marley Museum and Tuff Gong Studio, the legendary recording space founded by Bob Marley himself. The visuals form part of a wider collaboration alongside adidas, celebrating the launch of the adidas x Bob Marley Foundation capsule collection. The eight-piece apparel range draws inspiration from archival imagery and historically significant looks worn by the reggae icon, blending music, fashion and heritage into one cohesive release.

For the Marley family, the moment feels symbolic - a passing of the torch that keeps the message of 'One Love' alive while allowing it to evolve with the times. Skip’s version bridges generations, reinforcing how the themes of unity and togetherness remain just as relevant today, carried forward by one of reggae’s defining voices of the modern era.
