Nigerian music pioneer and YBNL founder Olamide returns with 'Olamidé', a self-titled, 17-track album that marks both a reflective chapter and a bold new era for one of Africa’s most influential artists. More than a decade into a career that has shaped Afrobeats from the ground up, Olamidé is a personal and sonic evolution - reconnecting with his roots while pushing the boundaries of his sound.

Blending Yoruba rhythms, Afropop, and hard-hitting hip hop, the album captures Olamide’s current state of mind, pairing wisdom with genre-defying ambition. Star-studded features add further weight, with appearances from global powerhouses like Wizkid, Popcaan, Daecolm, and even the legendary Dr. Dre.
Early singles ‘Kai!’ and the afro-house anthem ‘99’, featuring Asake, Seyi Vibez, Young Jonn, and Daecolm, offered a glimpse into the album’s emotional and cultural depth, and it is safe to say that the full project doesn’t disappoint.
