NEW ALBUM: J Hus - Beautiful And Brutal Yard

It’s been 3 years since UK superstar J Hus blessed us with the masterpiece that is ‘Big Conspiracy’, and now it is time for the London raised talent to return with his eagerly anticipated, brand new album ‘Beautiful And Brutal Yard’. The comeback was kick started with the release of ‘It’s Crazy’ which earned him a top 15, and it wasn’t long until he turned things up a notch with the smash hit ‘Who Told You’ featuring global icon Drake.

The scene have been eagerly anticipating Hus’ return, and it safe to say that they were not disappointed by the comeback singles, and having taken in the project, I think he might just have another iconic album to add to his discography. The 19 track project features a stellar line up with collaborations from the likes of Burna Boy, Popcaan, Jorja Smith, CB, Naira Marley, Villz and Boss Belly.

Each and every artist add value to the tracks, but credit must be given to Hus. His versatility, and ability to weave in and out of different flows makes for a seamless body of work which really does take you on a musical journey. We’ve known for a long time that J Hus is in a lane of his own, but ‘Beautiful And Brutal Yard’ shows clear elevation in his artistry, and there is no doubt that he’ll be hoping to secure another number 1 album.
