Ms Banks steps into a defining moment in her career with the release of her long-awaited debut album ‘South LDN Lover Girl’. Spanning 14 tracks, the album presents a confident and fully realised body of work that blends sharp rap delivery with moments of vulnerability and melodic flair. The campaign for the project began towards the end of 2025 with the release of ‘4C’, before Banks continued to build momentum throughout 2026 with singles including ‘Why?’ and the album’s title track ‘South LDN Lover Girl’. Each release offered a glimpse into the wider sonic palette and themes that run throughout the project.
Across the album, Banks also calls on an impressive lineup of collaborators, linking up with talents such as Tiggs Da Author, Layyah, Strandz and Zinoleesky. The features add fresh dimensions to the record while allowing Banks’ personality and presence to remain firmly at the centre.
With 'South LDN Lover Girl', Ms Banks delivers on the anticipation that has surrounded her debut album. More than just a milestone release, the project signals the beginning of a bold new chapter - setting the tone for what could be a huge year ahead for the reputable talent.
