Little Simz returns with 'Sugar Girl', a sharp and adventurous four-track EP that once again highlights why she remains one of the most forward-thinking artists in modern music. Following 2024’s 'Drop 7', this latest release feels restless, fearless and built for movement.

Little Simz - Sugar Girl

Across club-driven, experimental production, Simz threads her signature sharp lyricism and unmistakable presence through some of the most sonically daring material of her career. A key ingredient in that evolution is her reunion with acclaimed producer Jakwob, whose dynamic touch helps shape the EP’s energetic, boundary-pushing sound.

Featuring collaborations with JT, DEELA and 070 Shake, 'Sugar Girl' sees Simz continue her tradition of delivering concise yet impactful projects - short, focused bodies of work that still leave a lasting impression.

Beyond the music, the 'Sugar Girl' rollout has also reflected Simz’s wider creative vision, spotlighting female talent across multiple disciplines - from jeweller Maya Mayhall of HADAK, to Sophie Sellu of Grain and Knot, sculptor Dulcie Davy and designer Olive Hooper - further reinforcing her commitment to championing creativity beyond music.

With 'Sugar Girl', Little Simz proves once again that evolution is central to her artistry, and she’s still moving boldly forward on her own terms.
