Lil Durk unveils highly anticipated album 'Deep Thoughts'

Back in 2024 when Lil Durk got locked up, many fans thought his charges would overshadow his musical legacy, especially as he finally worked his way to the heights of the Hip Hop game. The rapper has safely managed to hold off these concerns when he dropped his highly anticipated album ‘Deep Thoughts’. This album has been in the pipeline for sometime now but we all thought it wouldn’t be dropping due to his current legal circumstances.

His team stunned the world when they put up a pre-save for his album a few months ago and continued to assure fans with the recent album promotion campaigns. He dropped a mini documentary on his YouTube channel and also billboards were spotted in America over the past few weeks.

As soon as he dropped the feature list, fans were already sold on the album being some of his best work to date. The first unheard single dropped last week with Jhene Aiko, where the rapper announced he is now married. There are other stand out cuts like ‘1000 Times’ featuring Lil Baby and ‘They Want To Be You’ with Future. The best track off there has to be ‘Vanish Mode’ for me, Durk really gets in his bag and showcases his range of flows, as he attacks the beat.
