East London’s own Kojey Radical has officially returned with his long-awaited sophomore album 'Don’t Look Down' - a powerful 16-track body of work marking his most experimental and eclectic music to date.
After a three-year hiatus, Kojey reignited momentum earlier this year with 'Rule One' alongside Bawo, followed by a run of singles including 'Conversation', 'Everyday', and 'Expensive' with Planet Giza. Now, he delivers a fully realised project that blends golden age Hip Hop, disco, grime, indie, jazz, and even ska into a rich and deeply introspective journey.

The album boasts an impressive list of collaborators, with features from Ghetts, Bawo, MNEK, Dende, James Vickery, Planet Giza, Cristale, Benjamin A.D, Col3trane, SOLOMON, Victor Ray, Jaz Karis, and Chrissi - each adding unique textures to Kojey’s vision. Lyrically, 'Don’t Look Down' reflects on the highs, lows, and lessons of adulthood, capturing the emotions and milestones that come with reaching your 30s. The result is a project that acts as both a timestamp of Kojey’s growth and a glimpse into his inner world.
Beyond the music, Kojey has also been curating in-person parties across the UK - intimate, offline gatherings designed to reconnect with the community that has supported him since 'Reason to Smile'.
With 'Don’t Look Down', Kojey Radical reminds us why he remains one of the UK’s most innovative voices - unafraid to push boundaries while staying grounded in authenticity.
