Joyner Lucas is back with a brand new single and music video titled 'NVM', featuring a special appearance from R&B legend Mýa. The visual opens with Lucas rapping from Mýa’s character’s perspective as she vents her frustrations about her relationship while lying beside her partner.

“I stayed around for way too long hoping that we’d be straight / but you don’t respect me anymore, I’m seeing it in your face,” he delivers. The narrative then shifts to the man’s side of the story, where he reminisces on the happier times they once shared, contrasting with the constant arguments of the present. Fans are already showing love in the YouTube comments, calling it one of his most engaging storytelling videos to date.
The release of the new single follows Lucas’ third studio album, 'ADHD 2', which dropped in July and boasted features from T-Pain, Big Sean, Ava Max, J Balvin, and Chris Brown, among others. That same month, he also stirred headlines with a fiery back-and-forth against Skepta, exchanging multiple diss tracks.
