Looking at everything on a whole, it’s fair to say J Cole has had a pretty tough year. It all started off so well for him before the Drake and Kendrick Lamar situation, fans opinions started to shift after this. However, the comeback has been solid, showing a real strength in character and raw talent as an artist.
Recently him and his team launched the ‘Inevitable’ audio series which is absolutely genius. It covers the whole of bis dispersing piece by piece, containing preview and snippets of unreleased material too. It mainly focuses on Cole’s reflections and lessons that he has learns throughout points of his career.
On December 9th the rappers masterpiece ‘Forest Hills Drive’ will turn 10 years old. To mark the occasion he has released new physical copies of the album with bonus tracks. In addition to this he will be hosting a one night only concert to celebrate the album at Madison Square Garden. General sale tickets have officially gone on sale with the date of the show being Monday December 16th.
