Footsie & Strategy unite for gritty new project 'Theatre of Dreams'

UK heavyweights Footsie and Strategy have joined forces for 'Theatre of Dreams' - a fiery 10-track project that blends the raw essence of London and Manchester’s underground scenes. Rooted in grime, rap, and soundsystem culture, the collaboration not only brings together two respected UK voices but also marks a powerful North-South alliance.

The project arrives with the visuals for lead single 'Standard', and features a heavyweight production lineup including Toddla T, Sir Spyro, Cimm, Metrodome, Two Swords, Cartridge, Big Kani, and both artists themselves. Sonically rich and unapologetically gritty, 'Theatre of Dreams' is fuelled by shared influences, mutual respect, and a long-standing love for Manchester United - a nod that runs thematically through the body of work.

Footsie’s contributions to grime are well-documented. As a founding member of Newham Generals and a key part of N.A.S.T.Y Crew, his influence runs across some of the genre’s most iconic moments. Meanwhile, Strategy brings the same sharp delivery and insight that’s made him a key figure in Manchester’s Broke 'n' English crew, adding fresh Northern energy to the mix.
