EsDeeKid makes his return with 'Omens', his first release since last year’s debut project 'Rebel', arriving off the back of a winter that saw the Liverpool rapper dominate conversation both online and within the wider UK rap scene.

Following a year that cemented him as one of the UK’s most talked-about breakout artists, 'Omens' sees EsDeeKid stepping back into the spotlight with intent. Built around sparse, ominous production, the track leans into a darker, more confrontational energy, allowing his delivery and presence to take centre stage.
It’s a confident year-opener from an artist whose rise has been fuelled as much by intrigue as it has by musical output. The release also arrives after a highly publicised back-and-forth with fellow Liverpool rapper Mazza L20, with EsDeeKid using the track to subtly address the situation while keeping the focus firmly on the music.
Whether navigating online speculation, industry attention or growing expectations, 'Omens' reinforces that it’s ultimately the music keeping his name in circulation, and with the UK underground continuing to gain global traction, he looks set to push things even further this year.
