With his highly anticipated album 'Son Of Spergy' set to arrive in October, Daniel Caesar has released a brand new single, ‘Moon’, featuring the ethereal touch of Bon Iver.
‘Moon’ is one of two tracks on the project born from sessions with Justin Vernon, blending Caesar’s soulful vulnerability with Bon Iver’s captivating soundscapes. The collaboration results in a weightless, introspective cut that captures both artists at their most vulnerable and expansive.

Alongside the release, Caesar has unveiled the official tracklist for 'Son Of Spergy', due October 24th. The record promises an eclectic mix of collaborators including Sampha, Blood Orange, Yebba, 646yf4t, and a touching appearance from Caesar’s father, Norwill Simmonds. Previously teased singles ‘Have A Baby (With Me)’ and ‘Call On Me’ have already set the tone for an album that feels both deeply personal and globally resonant.
First hinted at through a video letter shared on socials, 'Son Of Spergy' marks the start of a new creative chapter for the Toronto-born artist – one that leans into intimacy, experimentation, and bold storytelling.
Keep your eyes fixed on October 24th, but for now, let ‘Moon’ guide you into Caesar’s new body of work.
