D-Block Europe are officially back. Six years on from their landmark 2019 mixtape 'PTSD', the Lewisham duo return with the eagerly-awaited sequel, 'PTSD 2' - a project fans have been hungry for since the original became a defining moment in their rise.

In the years that followed 'PTSD', Young Adz and Dirtbike LB cemented themselves as one of the UK’s most prolific and influential acts, rolling out a run of major releases including 'Street Trauma', 'The Blue Print', 'Home Alone 2', 'Lap 5', 'DBE World' and 2023’s 'Rolling Stone'. Each project pushed their signature sound into new spaces, and with PTSD 2, they look set to elevate once again.

Across 29 tracks, DBE deliver one of their most expansive body of work to date. The road to release has been stacked with standout moments - from the Lil Tjay-assisted ‘Wrongs’, to ‘Performante Pain’ with Rich The Kid, and the fan-favourite ‘Bad Luck’. Their ambition was made even clearer when they unveiled the full tracklist via a huge billboard in London, revealing an impressive roster of collaborators including Popcaan, Central Cee, Nafe Smallz, Lil Baby, Nemzzz, Skepta and more.

True to form, Adz and LB continue to blur boundaries and connect UK rap to the global stage, adding another chapter to a catalogue that has consistently shaped the landscape. 'PTSD 2' doesn’t just revisit a classic - it expands on the world they built, reinforcing their influence while venturing into new creative territory.

To celebrate the release, DBE will take the project on the road throughout November and December, joined by K-Trap and Mazza L20 for a run of shows that promise to be unmissable.
