BlazeYL is back with the release of 'The Boy On Fire', a 13-track statement piece that sees the Kennington rapper push his sound, ambition, and pen to new heights. It’s been a relentless few years for Blaze. After turning heads in 2024 with his critically acclaimed project 'The Cost of Being', he’s spent every month since proving why he’s one of the most compelling voices rising out of the UK’s underground.

BlazeYL - The Boy On Fire

Following that project, Blaze closed out 2024 with fan favourites 'Instantly' and 'Meaningful Captions', before stepping into 2025 with a flawless run including popular tracks 'PFW', 'TSA', 'GTA', and '701', the latter of which arrived with a heavyweight remix from fellow Kennington star Loski.

With momentum firmly behind him, Blaze set the tone by delivering a prestigious 'On The Radar' freestyle - a clear indication that something serious was coming. And 'The Boy On Fire' does not disappoint.

Loaded with sharp lyricism, raw emotion, and Blaze’s unmistakable cadence, the tape features standout contributions from JayG, Coults, Deema, JoeyXL and, of course, Loski. The result is a project that not only solidifies BlazeYL’s position in the scene, but marks a major milestone in his journey.
