Amie Blu makes a welcome return with her new single ‘trees for the woods’. This new drop arrives as her first release since the critically acclaimed debut album 'when all is said and done' which landed last autumn. Teased across her socials for months and met with a strong response from fans, the track arrives as a long-awaited follow-up that sees Amie stepping back into her evolving sound with renewed clarity and intention.

Co-written and produced alongside Teo Halm, Jim Reed and longtime collaborators Will Hargeaves and Worm, ‘trees for the woods’ captures Amie in a reflective space, unpacking life’s unexpected turns and the quiet beauty that often only reveals itself in hindsight. Sonically and lyrically, the track leans into her signature intimacy - delicate yet emotionally grounded - offering a moment of stillness that contrasts with the fast-moving world around her.
Looking ahead, Amie Blu is set for a busy summer, with appearances confirmed at Primavera In The City and The Twilight Concert Series in Salt Lake City alongside Freddie Gibbs, as well as a UK support slot for Faye Webster later in the year.
With ‘trees for the woods’, Amie Blu continues to carve out a space defined by honesty, warmth and emotional precision - setting the tone for what promises to be another significant chapter in her career.
